Getty Incentives Publication for Homeowners
Incentives for the Preservation and Rehabilitation of Historic Homes in the City of Los Angeles was developed to provide assistance to homeowners in identifying and gaining access to financial, tax, and regulatory incentives for historic preservation.
It is intended as a comprehensive guide to the range of available incentives, rather than as the definitive source on legal and eligibility requirements. The Getty Conservation Institute published the guidebook as part of the research completed for the Los Angeles Historic Resource Survey Project.
